Dead Wild Elephant Found Near Karametiya Tank in Hambegamuwa

The carcass of a wild elephant was found in a swamp near the Karametiya Tank in the Dahaiyagala area, under the Hambegamuwa Police Division in Thanamalwila. The dead wild elephant near Karametiya Tank has raised concerns among wildlife officials, who confirmed that the animal had previously received treatment on multiple occasions.
