Two Arrested with 83 Passports in Ganemulla Police Division

Police have arrested two suspects, including a woman, for the illegal possession of 83 passports belonging to various individuals in the Horagolla area of the Ganemulla Police Division.

The arrests were made during a raid carried out by officers attached to the Ganemulla Police Station, according to police reports.

The suspects include a 51-year-old man from Wattala and a 62-year-old woman from Ganemulla. Authorities are investigating how the passports were obtained and whether they are connected to a larger illegal operation.

Further investigations are currently being conducted by the Ganemulla Police.
