Man Killed in Wedamulla, Peliyagoda After Violent Argument

An individual has been killed in Wedamulla, Peliyagoda, following an attack with a blunt weapon, police confirmed.

The incident was reported last evening (19) after Peliyagoda Police received a complaint regarding the crime. The victim has been identified as a 46-year-old resident of Wedamulla.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the murder occurred after an argument between the deceased and another individual escalated into violence.

Police have launched further investigations to locate and apprehend the suspect responsible for the killing.
