Grade 5 Scholarship Exam Answer Sheet Evaluation Begins Across Sri Lanka
The evaluation of answer sheets for this year’s Grade 5 Scholarship Examination begins today, with marking taking place at 48 evaluation centres across Sri Lanka.
Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage said the evaluation process will be conducted through 380 evaluation boards.
380 Boards Assigned for Marking
Of the total evaluation boards, 142 boards have been assigned to evaluate the first and second papers of the Sinhala-medium examination.
Meanwhile, 48 evaluation boards each have been allocated for the Tamil-medium examination papers.
The large-scale evaluation process is being carried out across the island as authorities prepare to release the examination results.
Grade 5 Scholarship Results by September 9
Commissioner General Indika Kumari Liyanage stated that the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination results are expected to be released on or before September 9.
The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination is a major national examination in Sri Lanka, with students sitting the examination to compete for opportunities and educational support based on their performance.
Parents and students are expected to receive the results once the evaluation and finalisation process is completed by the Department of Examinations.
